Our home needed some exterior repair.  Tom gave us suggestions for making the exterior look even better than simply repairing the stucco and siding.  His creativity and quality craftsmanship gave us a home with more curb appeal at a price that was more than fair.

We had several projects to do and we prefer working with a single contractor, if possible, to keep the cost down, the timing fast and the labor quality consistent.  Tom gave us a great estimate to paint the house exterior, put in a new tile floor and install and repair several doors.  More importantly, the work was done quickly, professionally and with a definite pride of workmanship.  He really can do “everything”!

A variety of critters chewed through our attic wiring, creating a fire hazard.  Before the electrician could come in and replace the wiring, we needed to remove some attic insulation and prepare the area, and we hired Tom to do that.  While doing the work, Tom discovered where and how the critters were gaining attic access and suggested a very affordable, customized solution that would not only fix the problem but would also look better from the exterior. His solution was inspired – even the electrician commented on how creatively and well the problem was fixed.
